General Support Information

Our personal privacy and security products are freeware. Anyone can download, use, and manually update SpywareBlaster® and our other freeware products without charge. We cover the costs (e.g. bandwidth) through the help of our mirror sites and with the donations from generous users who appreciate our products and want to help keep them free for everyone.

If we provided phone support or general email support, then SpywareBlaster and our other personal privacy and security products couldn't be freeware.

How to Find Support

  1. Knowledgebase: Please search this knowledge base first. It is likely that you will be able to find an answer to your question here.

  2. Support Forums: If you still have questions after searching the knowledge base, please post in the appropriate forum in the Official Javacool Software Forums (hosted by the Wilders Security Organization).

We do provide a support ticket system for users who have questions or problems with their SpywareBlaster AutoUpdate and EULAlyzer® Pro licenses.
