I lost my license information.

Your license information email (containing your license key) is lost/deleted/gone and the program is asking you to enter your license key. 


  • If you created an account at Plimus when you purchased your license, you can login to your account and get a copy of your license information email.

  • If you can't login at, contact support and request your license information.

  • If the program rejects your license information (once you receive it), please contact support.
