Error message: 'Invalid Name or Key'

You enter your license information (name and license key) but receive the following error:

Invalid User Name or Key Specified. Please double-check your entries.


This behavior can occur for any of the following reasons:

  • You did not enter your name or license key correctly

  • Your license information is not valid


  • Use copy and paste to enter your license information

  • If you copied and pasted both your name and your key and they are still refused as invalid, please contact support.
